I will never forget this one...my oldest son is now 22, but I always remind him of this one. When I lived in England, I was a part of the drill team. He was about 3 or 4 at the time, my second son was just a baby, so I would always take them to the mosque and the oldest would watch me and the sisters during drill practice. I suppose he got so used to the rhythm of us stepping, it became normal to hear the steps all the time. So one day we were at home and someone was drilling (using a power tool) upstairs. He said, "Mom, what's that noise?" I replied, "Oh, it's just some people drilling upstairs." He opened his mouth in shock and said, "Woah, they're drilling so fast up there!" Absolutely hilarious! He actually thought people were doing drill moves up there stepping that quickly. Best mommy moment for me!!
